Your character dies in a tragic accident. In the afterlife, though, their soul is brought before a goddess, particularly a goddess of love and lust. There, she takes pity on your character as they passed away without experiencing true love. So, she offers your character the chance to be reincarnated in a new world with the promise that she would match them with a soul mate from other reincarnated like them.
